HOW MANY CHANGES CAN I MAKE WITH THE SERVICE?
After receiving the initial proposal, you have the opportunity to revise before finalizing the design.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY FIRST DESIGN PROPOSAL?
You can expect to receive the initial design proposal within a timeframe ranging from 24 to 48 hours.
DOES THIS SERVICE INCLUDE INSTALLATION?
Installation is not included as part of this service.
IS IT A PAID SERVICE?
If you choose to purchase our products, the interior design service is COMPLIMENTARY, and the design fee will be deducted from the total cost of the products, subject to a minimum purchase amount of AED 5,000.
However, if you opt for our interior design service only, without making a purchase, the cost is AED 1,500 per room design, which includes three 1-hour sessions with our Interior Architect.

DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDE SITE INSPECTION?
Our service does not include an on-site inspection. However, our Interior Architect will work closely with you to ensure we understand your requirements and vision for the project.
CAN THE VOUCHER BE REDEEMED AT A DIFFERENT STORE THAN THE ONE I PURCHASED?
The voucher can be redeemed for any item in any RAK Ceramics Showroom or ONLINE.
