We currently deliver within city limits of all Emirates across the UAE. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the item. Delivery is free across the UAE with no minimum purchase required.

Please arrange any building or compound permits in advance. Offloading requires manual labour, which customers must arrange to receive the shipment on time. Check your order status in your account or contact customer care for assistance.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive damaged products or the wrong products, contact our customer care team within 72 hours of receipt.

To cancel an order, contact us before the shipment has been dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
