Orders may be canceled prior to shipping free of cost. You can cancel your order in 3 simple steps:

1.  Log in to your account
2.  Select the order you wish to cancel
3.  Click on “Cancel Order”

Once an order is shipped, it may be eligible for return/refund provided:

1.  The request is made within 15 days of receipt of your order
2.  The item(s) is in the original condition delivered
3.   Any product(s) that has been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be refunded.

   Alternatively, collection requests will be charged according to package/location for non-damaged items.
5. All product packaging and certificates if any must be returned with the product. You cannot partially return the material within an order unless the material is damaged or there is a problem with the material. 

Our quality control department will inspect and check the items to ensure that they comply with our return policy else, you will not qualify for a refund. 

After the return is processed it may take 2-3 weeks for the refund to be completed once goods are received and the refund is approved.

RAK Ceramics shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions*

Please inspect your order during receipt to ensure the items are in good condition. In the rare scenario where the item is damaged, please contact us with any damage-related complaints within 72 hours.
